Because he's not some flashy frontman, but gets my vote as the greatest of all time for his unique sound and ability to play as part of a rock TRIO!

he's underrated and he is overshadowed by geddy lee. the guy is just a great all around player

The guy is a genius on the guitar period. He's both a rhythm and a soloest for the band Rush and he plain kicks ass.
