He has mastered many styles of play, not merely one genre, and he has been playing for over 50 (yes 50) years! He was at Woodstock with Ten Years After and solo for many years since. To hear his driven Rock and Roll, listen to : "I'm Going Home" and the great "Choo Choo Mama." His Blues playing is second to none on "Religion" and I Can't Keep from Crying Sometimes." In between you have "I Wanted to Boogie" and "You Give Me Loving."
One more note, his nickname is "Fast Hands"!
