There's no one like Slowhand. Duane Allman may have provided the opening riffs to the original release of Layla, but it was Clapton through the rest, and in his "Unplugged" work he re-released it as an acoustic ballad. His styles are so versatile that his inclusion as the number one guitarist of all time has to be given serious consideration.
