It is a beautiful car, made in Germany. Although it weighs over 4500 lbs., it can beat almost any car off the line. On the highway, it gets better than 28 MPG. So what? What does this have to do with guitar auctions? The first owner paid over $75,000 for it. On eBay, I paid $17,500. The car runs great, although broken in. It still can go 150 MPH even though I bought it auction. It was a great deal. I just watched a new video on Dan Denley's blog. It's a video lesson on turnarounds using dominant 9th chords. Its a pretty cool jazzy blues chord progression, with a printable tab.

This lesson is another sample from Dans new Acoustic Guitar Secrets course being released on Dec 12 (this Wednesday!) at 9:00AM Eastern. I've had an opportunity to take a sneak peek at the course, and it is a quality home study course for the acoustic player.

Here's another online acoustic guitar lesson from Dan Denley. If you liked the earlier one on Apeggios, you'll probably like this one too. It teaches blues in a fingerpicking style. A good free acoustic guitar lesson complete with tab that you can print out and play along with. This is from the guitar home study course called Acoustic Guitar Secrets that Dan is has developed, to be released next week. Should be good if it's anything like his other material. There should be some more videos released as part of the launch.
