He's the best because it takes some serious skill to have done as much drugs as he has and still be able to play that well. First of all, almost anyone else would have died a long time ago, second of all he's been doing it for over forty years. He's the best for endurance, but Randy is the best for the pure sound, i mean have you heard Crazy Train, Suicide Solution, Dee, or Mr. Crowley?
