Without a doubt, Randy Rhoads should be number one on this list. There is just no arguing that fact, Hendrix is a terrible musician who couldn't play in tune, and would suck the nutsack of Rhoads to have one tenth of the talent he had. Laiho and Dimebag aren't even on the list and they both deserve spots in the top ten at least. And putting EVH at 70? Thats just terrible, whoever made this list should probably try listening to music.
