he invented what we see as rock and roll. listen to him in songs like "lowdown", "25 or 6 to 4", and his epic "free from guitar", which made distortion popular. He influenced van halen, jimmy page, and jimi hendrix. in fact, jimi hendrix met band member Walter Parazaider and told him that Terry Kath was the Greatest guitar player he ever saw.
